《Florascapes》Monthly Auto-Renewal Membership Service Agreement

1. Acceptance and Amendment of Service Terms
This Agreement is entered into between the Florascapes member (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") and Wish Interactive Technology Ltd. ("Wish Interactive", "we" or "us") in respect of the Member's use of the auto-renewal and authorized deduction service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Florascapes. This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of both parties concerning the use of the Service. A Member means an individual or a single entity entitled to the membership services provided by us. This Agreement constitutes a prerequisite for the Member (whether an individual or an entity) to use the Service provided by us. The Member shall not be entitled to use the Service unless the Member accepts the terms of this Agreement, and the Member's act of selecting the Service shall be deemed as the Member's agreement to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Description
2.1
The Service is launched to meet the Member's demand for automatic payment and avoid losses caused by the Member's failure to renew the membership in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons, on the premise that the Member has activated the Service. The Member authorizes us to deduct the monthly fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of the Member's own recharge account, bank card bound to the Member's account, or communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Account") when the Member's validity period is about to expire. A precondition for the Service is that the Member has bound their account to the aforementioned Account and that the deduction can be successfully made from the aforementioned Account.
2.2
Auto-renewal specifically refers to the deduction method by which we collect the monthly membership fee for the next billing cycle from the aforementioned Account on the premise set forth in Clause 2.1. The Member shall ensure that we can successfully deduct the fee from the aforementioned Account. The Member shall be solely liable for any renewal failure due to insufficient balance available for deduction in the aforementioned Account.
2.3
When enjoying the Service, the Member shall be bound by the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. The Member's use of the Service shall be deemed as the Member's agreement to the service terms of the Service and all public notices issued by us in respect of the Service.
2.4
The Service provided by us to the Member is limited to the Member's use in the Florascapes game only. Any act of separating the content of the Service provided by us from the Florascapes game by illegal means such as malicious cracking shall not be deemed as the Service agreed upon in this Agreement. The actor shall be liable for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and we shall pursue the actor's legal liability in accordance with the law.

3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1
We shall be responsible for providing the Member with a way to inquire about the specific details of the fees collected for auto-renewal, but shall not be responsible for printing relevant invoices or forwarding them to the Member.
3.2
The Florascapes membership will be automatically renewed when the membership validity period is about to expire. The Member may receive a deduction notice from the payment account company for the deduction, and the fee for the next cycle will be deducted from the aforementioned Account. The deducted amount will be recorded in the Member's payment records on the day of deduction, and the membership validity period will be extended accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, we shall have the right to collect the fee immediately and shall not provide a refund service.
3.3
In case of any error occurring in the deduction process, we and the Member shall cooperate closely to find out the cause and each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault. If the loss is caused by the unequal faults of both parties, the parties shall bear corresponding liabilities according to the degree of their faults. If the loss is caused by the joint faults of both parties but the respective faults cannot be distinguished, the parties shall share the liabilities equally.
3.4
We may change or amend the relevant service content, rules and terms of this Agreement according to the development of our business, technological upgrading or other circumstances. We shall notify users of the relevant changes or amendments by publishing such information on the official website, forum or other appropriate places, but shall not be obligated to give individual notices separately. The aforementioned publication shall be deemed to have been served to the user on the date of issuance by us. If multiple notices exist, the service time shall be subject to the earliest issuance time among the aforementioned methods. If the Member does not agree to the amendment of this Agreement, the Member may cancel the Service that has been obtained and stop using it; if the Member continues to use the service provided by us, it shall be deemed that the Member has accepted all amendments to this Agreement.
3.5
The cancellation of the Service is at the Member's sole discretion. If the Member chooses not to cancel the Service, it shall be deemed that the Member agrees that we have the right to continuously attempt deductions at irregular intervals in accordance with certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, we will activate the membership service for the next billing cycle for the Member.
3.6
If the price of the Service is adjusted on or before the auto-renewal date, the currently effective price published on our relevant website shall prevail.
3.7
We shall not charge any additional handling fees for the Member's activation of the Service, but we reserve the right to decide whether to charge for the Service itself or adjust the auto-renewal cycle and fees according to business needs, market changes or other reasons, and publish such information to the Member on the relevant page.
3.8
If the Member renews the membership during the validity period, the validity period shall be extended on the basis of the original service validity period.
3.9
The Member understands and agrees that the authorization for withholding and deduction granted by the Member to us shall be deemed as a recharge act of the Member himself/herself. The Member shall not claim any rights against us or hold us liable for any losses suffered by the Member himself/herself as a result thereof.

4. Term and Termination of the Agreement
4.1
This Agreement shall take effect upon the Member's acceptance or use of the Service and shall remain in effect until the Member terminates the Service / cancels the membership qualification, unless otherwise announced by us.
4.2
The Member has the right to terminate the Service at any time in the membership account settings, and we will stop providing the Service to the Member after the termination of the Service.
4.3
The instruction for auto-renewal and deduction authorized by the Member to us before the Member chooses to terminate the Service shall remain valid. We shall not refund the fees that have been deducted based on such instruction, and the Member shall bear the relevant liabilities and losses.
4.4
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service due to our own business adjustment, price changes or other reasons. In the event of such a situation, we will notify the Member by way of announcement.

5. Liability for Breach of Contract
5.1
If one party breaches this Agreement, the non-breaching party shall have the right to obtain compensation or indemnity through the agreed dispute resolution method for breach of contract.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
6.1
We and the Member shall resolve any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the people's court for litigation resolution.

7. Miscellaneous
7.1
If the Member has any questions (including problem solving, complaints, etc.) regarding this Agreement or the use of the auto-renewal service of Florascapes, please feedback through the customer service email. 7.2
The headings of this Agreement are for convenience and reading only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in the main text.
7.3
This Agreement shall take effect on the 10th day after the date of publication of the update.
